AM I SAFE TO PLACE AN ORDER?
WE ARE DOING EVERYTHING WE CAN TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF OUR CUSTOMERS AND STAFF AT THIS TIME. ALL OF OUR ITEMS COME SEALED IN POLYBAG FROM OUR PRODUCTION FACILITIES AND WERE PRODUCED BEFORE THE OUTBREAK HAPPENED. THE BOXES ARE PACKED IN ENCLOSED  ENVIRONMENT USING MASKS AND GLOVES.
 
 
I AM STAYING IN - CAN I ARRANGE A DELIVERY/RETURN PICK UP-AT THE DOOR?
WE MAINLY SHIP WITH DHL WHO HAVE PLACED PROCESSES INTO PLACE TO RESPOND TO THE OUTBREAK. PLEASE VISIT DHL WEBSITE FOR THE LATEST INFORMATION ABOUT THEIR SAFETY PROCEDURES. IF YOU WANT TO RETURN PLEASE CALL DHL FOR HOME PICK-UP.
 
WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

SHIPPING MAY TAKE LONGER DUE TO LOCAL DELAYS. PLEASE CHECK YOUR TRACKING EMAIL FOR UPDATES TO YOUR SHIPMENT AND LOCAL DELIVERY SERVICE. 
 
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER LATER?
DUE TO THE POTENTIAL DELAYS WITH COURIERS WE HAVE EXTENDED THE RETURN WINDOW TO 14 DAYS INSTEAD OF THE USUAL 7 DAYS.
